Programs
QIGONG is offered on Tuesday's 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM. All ages and ability levels are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
Qigong is a very gentle, but powerful Eastern form of exercise, thousands of years old. The slow and simple movements encourage the smooth flow of Qi (energy) and when practiced regularly, promotes longevity, decreases pain, alleviates stress and increases balance, strength and flexibility. Most importantly, it teaches you awareness, of yourself and the world around you, which can then assist in leading a safe and balanced life. Here is what some of the participants in her class are saying:
* “it gives me more mobility in my hips”
* “Qigong gives me bursts of energy and uplifts my spirits”
* “It is an effort for me to get there, but I know it helps me!”
* “I always feel better by the end of class, centering and relaxing”
* “Qigong has certainly enriched my life and I am so glad I gave it a try!”
GINNETTE G. GROOME, LMT, CAT, BFP.
